Excluded Territories
A company, which operates under an official license from Curacao, can organize sports betting and gambling on the Internet for users of all countries, which recognize this jurisdiction. The list of excluded territories includes such countries as the Netherlands, Curacao, Australia, France and the Dutch West Indies.
If this rule is violated and a complaint is filed, the gaming commission has the right to suspend or revoke the license. Users who make such complaints must first ensure that the company does not operate in the excluded territories under another license approved in these countries.
Waiver of Brand Ownership
The Curaçao Gaming Commission does not own the licensed brand. It takes no part in decisions or actions of any kind. We are not responsible for possible violations, and it is the task of the administration of the betting company to comply with the laws of the countries. We have no direct commercial or other interest in the operation and promotion of licensed brands.
